Welcome to Milo's Café, a charming haven nestled in the heart of Market Harborough at 31 High St, where culinary delights and warm hospitality await. This dog-friendly café not only caters to your taste buds but also ensures that every member of your family, including your four-legged friends, feels right at home. With a friendly atmosphere and a welcoming staff, it's no wonder that customers rave about their experiences. One visitor, Samantha Colden, described her visit as "definitely worth seeking out," noting the delicious Biscoff Rocky Road and cheese scone that were served up alongside a great cup of coffee.
Milo’s Café shines with its menu, designed to satisfy a variety of cravings. Whether you’re stopping by for a hearty breakfast or a light lunch, you won't be disappointed. Take, for instance, the delightful Eggs Benedict or the fresh smashed avocado on sourdough toast, praised by Emma Hodgkinson as "one of the best breakfasts out in a long time." It’s clear that every dish is made with care and attention, reflecting the quality of ingredients used.
Lunch options also hit the high notes, with light dishes like carrot and coriander soup paired with an exquisitely flaky cheese scone that Julie Starkey dubbed "the lightest and best scone I've tasted in a long time." And, of course, the café’s quiches and fresh salads continue to impress with their flavor and quality.
The atmosphere at Milo's is equally noteworthy. Patrons enjoy the cozy yet vibrant setting, with ample seating available to unwind after a long day or to catch up with friends over a cup of their delicious, strong coffee. While some dishes have received feedback for slight seasoning tweaks, the overall experience remains delightful. The friendly staff strive to make each visit exceptional, as Jackie Harris aptly put it: "breakfast was awesome, home cooked, hot, large portions—definitely visit again."
So, whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to drop by Milo’s Café. Indulge in the culinary flavors that Market Harborough has to offer and enjoy a space where every detail, from the food to the service, reflects a commitment to quality and warmth. With each visit, you'll discover something new that delights your palate and makes you feel right at home.
“ Definitely worth seeking out this lovely dog friendly cafe. Staff are super welcoming and friendly - when we popped in, they looked too busy to accommodate us and our dog so we left but a lovely lady came out and invited us in upstairs - there's heaps of seating! Coffee was great and baked goods were delicious - the Biscoff Rocky Road and Cheese scone both hit the spot. Our little dog was also made very welcome. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. ”
“ Excellent light lunch. Carrot & coriander soup with a cheese scone - the lightest and best scone I've tasted in a long time. Quiche & salad also excellent. Quality of food justified the price. Good service too. ”
“ Excellent little gem of a cafe. Delicious breakfast. We had Eggs Benedict and smashed avocado on sourdough toast. One of the best breakfasts out in a long time. Finished off our visit from 2 hours away really well and we are now set for the drive back. ”

“ My "to go to place" if I fancy a yummy coffee and cake break. The cafe : Lovely little cafe hidden between buildings ( love places like that, we actually walked past it 2 times before finding it lol!). Outside and inside seating, friendly staff and most importantly dog friendly ( you can actually sit inside with your doggies). The Food: we had breakfast there (cappuccinos, juice and brownies) and they were super.
